Personal Training With Patti-Linn

I offer a free one hour consultation where we will discuss your needs and goals.  I will then conduct a preliminary assesment of your level and abilities.  From there, we will establish a program.

You should be aware that most of my clients train with me 2 to 3 times a week.  This frequency is necessary for improvement.  Expect fairly rapid neuromuscular changes within the first 4-6 weeks of training.  From there, we move onto the improvement phase of your training.

My training rate is $50 an hour

I don't try to play up your "emotional triggers" or use sales gimmicks to pressure you in to buying multiple sessions.  I am not selling you a used car.  I am offering to help you live a better life.  For the most part, my clients come to me unmotivated but quickly turn into clients who are self-motivated and continue with me because the training in fun and effective.

I also offer group personal training,bootcamp classes, pilates, aquatics, and golf fitness.  It is not only fun to workout with like-minded friends or family, it is also cost adventageous.

My group rates are:

2 persons - $35 per person

3 persons - $25 per person

4 persons- $20 per person

5-10 - $12 per person

10 or more - $8 per person
